Symposia Sponsorships
Organizers who have solicited and received sponsorships for their symposium will be listed in the Pacifichem Final Onsite Program and on the Pacifichem 2010 website. Please send the number and name of the symposium and the name of the sponsor as you would like it to be listed to Vernar Beatty at v_beatty@acs.org. Organizers may acknowledge their sponsors in their individual symposia through signage, slides, and other forms of recognition. There will also be a table at the back of each symposium room for materials. Should your sponsors be interested in additional offerings, please refer them to the General Sponsorships below. General Sponsorships
PACIFICHEM 2010 is offering a limited number of general meeting sponsorships on a first come, first serve basis, and subject to approval by Pacifichem organizers. These sponsorships enable your company or organization to increase their corporate or brand visibility with Pacifichem delegates from around the world. The last Pacifichem Congress was held in December 2005 and attracted 11,484 professionals [from academia, industry, and government] from 67 countries representing all degree levels and all fields of chemistry and the chemical sciences. These 11,500 attendees are highly educated buyers as well as influencers.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Meeting Mail / Laptop Lane - $20,000 Exclusive
One sponsorship is available. Pacifichem 2010 will have three extensive Meeting Mail areas, one at each of the two major hotels and one at the convention center. This is where attendees can check their email, correspond with other attendees, surf the Web, and check out the sites discussed in sessions. Sponsor benefits include recognition in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website, signage in the area, plus your company logo featured on each computer station and screen saver.
Opening Reception - $15,000 Exclusive or 3 available @ $6,000 each
Sponsor benefits include recognition in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website, signage at the Reception, your logo on the cocktail napkins.
Young Scholar Program - $2,500 – 5 available
At each Pacifichem Congress, there is a Young Scholars Program, a program for young scientists from under-developed countries. These young scientist submit an application and if they meet the criteria are given a grant to attend the meeting. Sponsor benefits include recognition in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website. Sponsors will be announced during Award Luncheon. This sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the luncheon.
Pacifichem 2010 Award Luncheon - $6,000 - 4 available
At each Pacifichem Congress, there is a Young Scholars Program, young scientists from under-developed countries who have submitted an application and been given a grant to attend the meeting, and a Student Poster Competition. A luncheon is held to honor the winners of this competition [around 40] and to honor the Young Scholars. Student advisors and members of the Pacifichem organizing committee attend. Awards are presented to the awardees. Sponsor benefits include recognition in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website, signage at the Luncheon, and an opportunity to address the audience. This sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the luncheon.
Official Conference Tote Bag - $5,000 Exclusive plus cost of bag & production
One sponsorship is available. Your logo is placed on the Pacifichem conference bag that is distributed to every attendee. You are recognized in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website. You will place your literature and/or promotional product inside the bag as well.
SOLD! Lanyard / Badge Holder - $5,000 Exclusive plus cost of lanyard & production
Your logo is worn by every attendee to carry their badge. You are recognized in the program and on the official Pacifichem 2010 website.
Conference Program Ads – $1,200 Full Page / $700 1/2 Page Color Ad
4-color ad placed in the Conference Program distributed to all attendees of Pacifichem 2010.
