Planning Special Events at Pacifichem 2020
Pacifichem Organizers who would like to schedule special events or food and beverage services during Pacifichem 2020 [i.e. breakfast; receptions, dinners; or any other types of events] must complete the Non-Technical Event Request Form. Menus for the hotels and convention center will be listed below soon.
Meeting space for special events is limited and will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis. It is therefore in the organizers’ best interest to send in the request form early. The Pacifichem 2020 Organizers will attempt to reserve the appropriate space for your event in your preferred facility. After meeting-room assignments have been made and you have been notified of your location, you will be connected with the facility representative to help you plan your event. Payments by the organizers will be made directly to the facility.
