Symposia Sponsorship Information

Symposium organizers are invited to seek sponsorships to enhance their symposiums. Symposium organizers will handle the management, collection, and distribution of all sponsorship funds.

Benefits for Symposium Sponsors:

The following is comprehensive list of the symposium sponsorship benefits that will be provided by Pacifichem.

  • Program Recognition: Symposium sponsors’ names will be featured in the program session descriptions on the Pacifichem 2025 website and mobile app.
  • Collective Acknowledgment: All symposium sponsors will be collectively acknowledged in the Pacifichem 2025 program and mobile app.
  • Session Visibility: Sponsors’ information can be displayed on walk-in slides during sessions (symposia hosts are responsible for including this information in the slide deck), as introduced by the session host.
  • Signs: Symposium organizers may create signage to acknowledge symposium sponsors, the signs may only be displayed in the actual session room (not in foyers, hallways, or other area of the hotels or convention center).
