Poster Session Guidelines
All poster sessions will be located at the Hawaii Convention Center Exhibit Hall (Ground Level).
Presenters should set up their posters no later than 30 minutes before the start of their schedule. See below for available setup times for morning and evening poster sessions:
- Posters that are part of a morning poster session (10:00-11:30) may set up their poster beginning at 7:30 on the morning of the session. Morning session posters must be removed no later than 13:00, one hour following the end of the session.
- Posters that are part of an evening poster session (19:30-21:00) may set up their poster beginning at 15:00 on the afternoon of the session. Evening session posters must be removed no later than 22:00, one hour following the end of the session.
All poster materials must be confined to:
- Landscape Mode: 4-foot-high (1.2m) by 8-foot-wide (2.4m) display board. Each presenter has one entire side of one poster board to use.
Each poster presentation will be assigned a poster board number and must be attached only to this assigned board. Posters by the same presenter during the same session have been placed on adjacent boards where possible. Pushpins will be made available at the poster session.
Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session as indicated in the technical program. All posters must remain posted until the session ends and then must be removed within one hour. Pacifichem cannot assume responsibility for materials beyond these time limits.
