Planning Events at Pacifichem 2025

Pacifichem Organizers who would like to schedule special events or food and beverage services during Pacifichem 2025 [i.e. workshops, breakfast, coffee breaks, receptions, dinners, or any other types of events] must complete the event request form.

This form should be used for two types of requests:

  1. Adding food and beverage to an already-scheduled symposia
  2. Requesting non-technical events/social functions to take place during Pacifichem 2025

Please complete the event request form for each event you would like to request. After you submit this form you will hear back from Pacifichem staff to confirm your submission. Following the approval of your event from the Pacifichem 2025 Organizing Committee, you will be assigned a venue and room and/or be connected with staff at the venue to finalize your event plans/food and beverage order.

Meeting space for events is limited and will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis. It is therefore in the organizers’ best interest to send in the request form early. The Pacifichem 2025 Organizers will attempt to reserve the appropriate space for your event in your preferred facility.  After meeting-room assignments have been made and you have been notified of your location, you will be connected with the facility representative to help you plan your event. Please note that the requestor will be responsible for all costs associated with the event requested and payments will be made directly to the facility.

The deadline for event requests is 1 October 2025. After that time there will be no additional events scheduled.
